Incident Manager
General Description
The Incident Manager module is designed to record important events and the results of correlation rules. The module allows prioritizing events based on their criticality and supports incident management.
The module's dashboard provides the following functionalities:
- Viewing and changing the status, criticality, and responsible person for an incident.
- Viewing a detailed description of the incident with the ability to navigate to the Module where the incident originated.
- Viewing incident statistics.
- Viewing the history of incident changes.
