Database Observability: Incident Manager Integration

Module jobs register operational issues in Incident Manager. An incident card contains the problem context, a link to the database asset, initial diagnostics, and recommendations for the operator.

SLA Policies

The db_sla_reaction policy measures response time for availability, performance, lock, replication, and audit incidents. The timer stops when work begins on the incident card or the incident is closed.

The db_sla_capacity policy measures the time to resolve a capacity incident. Its only rule issues a warning after three days and expires after seven days; the timer stops when the incident is closed.
